Through ZetiOS, we help investors and operators finance, manage and optimise clean transport, construction and energy assets and infrastructure, turning detailed, real-time data into better financial, operational and environmental outcomes. We sit at the intersection of software, finance and infrastructure, working closely with asset owners, operators and alternative investment managers to unlock performance, reduce risk and cut emissions. At Zeti, a specialist professional services team assembled from financial analysts and operations managers support the implementation of ZetiOS alongside our product team. We take a consultative, hands-on approach, appreciating and accommodating the intricacy of each client's unique business and solving complex, asset-specific challenges.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in London, Zeti has partnered with leading investors and operators, graduated from the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab, won international awards including the CoMotion LA New Mobility Challenge and the Visa Everywhere Initiative (Europe), and raised capital from investors such as Powerhouse, Toyota Ventures and HYCAP. Today, ZetiOS manages ~£30m of deployed assets in the UK, with around 4,500 assets connected to the system. This has already helped operators avoid more than 15,000 tonnes of CO₂ and ~50 tonnes of NOx emissions compared to equivalent fossil-fuelled assets. Looking ahead, we have a pipeline of over £400m across the UK, US and Central Europe, alongside new asset classes and business models that significantly expand our opportunity.
We're now entering a critical next phase of growth, and are looking for an early-career JuniorPM to join our Product team.
Role Overview
Reporting into the Product & Operations Director, the Junior Product Manager will drive the development of ZetiOS. Working at the intersection of software, finance, and real-world asset operations, you'll translate feedback from stakeholders like fleet operators, institutional investors, and internal commercial teams into shipped features on our production platform.
You'll handle feedback both from internal stakeholders from our Commercial and Operations teams, as well as from external stakeholders from existing customers such as our investors and operators. You'll dig deep into existing user behaviour using analytics tools like Posthog to perceive issues and opportunities that may not have been made explicit by customers.
You'll respond by scoping detailed features and reinforcements that, once developed, will improve ZetiOS. You'll prioritise those ideas, break them down into user stories and prototypes using AI tools like Lovable and Claude, and work closely with engineers to deliver features that directly improve how assets are financed and operated. This isn't just about shaping the roadmap - it's about shipping to production.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Handling external feedback and studying product analytics to identify key customer pain points
- Engaging internal business stakeholders to capture further feedback and input for prioritisation
- Prototyping features responding to pain points using AI tools like Lovable and Claude, testing them with users and subsequently writing user stories for development
- Running sprint ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning and sprint review, including building presentations
- Working closely with engineers to deliver features to production
- Creating customer-facing training materials
- Inputting to the product roadmap based on feature value and complexity
- Researching competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep Zeti at the forefront of the industry
Required & Preferred Experience
We prioritise quality and potential over years of experience. We're looking for an early-career PM (2-3 years of relevant experience) who can grow with us. We’re looking for someone with:
- At least two years of relevant domain experience - this can fall in either the world of asset finance, leasing, or equipment finance, or in the world of digitally-enabled hard asset operations (e.g. vehicles, solar, BESS, wind, or similar)
- An understanding of product management fundamentals, such as agile methodology (ideally a certification), scrum artifacts and user story writing
- Demonstrable experience applying AI in previous roles, whether that be prototyping or automating workflows
- An appreciation and ideally experience of gathering product feedback, both via qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. product analytics tools such as Posthog)
- A strong underlying toolkit of core skills, such as numeracy and presentation,
- A fierce appetite and initiative to make a big impact in an exciting but ambiguous Series A startup environment
Details:
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: We’re based in FORA Albert House in Shoreditch. We work together in a private office there three days per week, with two days of remote work.
